Labor Provider membership is open to all compliance minded companies that serve as labor providers. To ensure the best in class membership, all labor providers are subject to a compliance audit. These audits serve to provide the Coalition with the assurance that members are operating in a manner consistent with the claims to be representing those who are operating in a legal and compliance manner. The audits also benefit members in making sure their operations are in compliance before a regulatory audit is conducted.
